Frequently Asked Questions:
How does tuition billing work?
Tuition is billed monthly and is due before your first class of the month. It’s based on the number of weeks that month—typically four, though it may vary slightly due to holidays or special events. There are no refunds or credits for student absences, but make-up classes may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
What happens if my tuition is late?
A $25 late fee may be applied to overdue payments. If tuition remains unpaid, your dancer may not be able to attend class, and you risk losing your spot if there is a waitlist for that class.
How is youth dance class pricing structured?
Prices listed on our website are per class session, not per month. Most months include four weekly sessions, so your monthly tuition will reflect that. Standard class rates are:
Parent/Child (30 min): $10 per class
30-minute class: $12 per class
45-minute class: $13 per class
60-minute class: $15 per class
*Please note that some specialty classes may have different rates—be sure to confirm pricing in StudioLab. Private and semi-private lessons are priced individually based on the student’s needs, number of participants, and lesson length.
Are there any additional fees?
A non-refundable annual registration fee of $25 is due at the time of enrollment. For families enrolling multiple dancers, an additional $25 applies for the second student—but the total registration fee is capped at $50 per family.
Our studio participates in two annual performances:
Winter 2025 Performance – No performance fee, but a costume fee may apply. If a costume is purchased, costumes are yours to keep after the recital.
Spring 2026 Recital (May) – Students must commit by January 2026 and pay a Recital Fee (due February 1, 2026). Costume fees are separate. Costumes are yours to keep after the recital.
How long are your sessions?
We divide our dance year into Winter and Spring sessions, but enrollment is ongoing from September 8, 2025 to May 9, 2026. Once enrolled, your dancer stays enrolled for the full year unless you submit a written notice of withdrawal to the Studio Director.
This continuous enrollment model gives current students priority for spring classes and removes the need to re-enroll midyear. Please note:
No prorated refunds for mid-month withdrawals
Written withdrawal notice is required to stop billing
Students withdrawn for 30 days or more must pay a new $25 registration fee to re-enroll
